Other Ways to make donations to the Clark County Community Foundation:  •	Transfer marketable securities (stocks, bonds, etc.) to the Foundation; •	Real Estate / Real Property (subject to additional evaluation process and appraisal); •	Tangible Personal Property (artwork, coin collections, jewlery, etc.) - subject to appraisal; •	Intangible Personal Property (gifts of royalties, distribution rights, etc. - subject to appraisal); •	Life Insurance Policies (where the Foundation is a named beneficiary); •	Life Income Gifts o	Charitable Remainder Trusts o	Charitable Lead Trusts o	Life estate (personal residence / farm) •	Deferred Gifts: o	Bequests from donors as directed in their wills; o	Lifetime gifts of retirement assets (retirement accounts, IRS, 401(k) or 403(b) plans, etc.)       All gifts accepted by the Foundation must: •	fall within the broad charitable purposes for which the CCCF was organized and operates; •	be of a nature that,  once accepted, will not place existing assets of the Foundation at risk; •	be one that, if or once accepted, can be easily converted into a type of asset that is described in the Foundation’s Statement of Investment Policy;  •	ensures that the Foundation is willing and able to administer the terms of the gift in accordance with the donor’s wishes; and		 	 •	Any gift of real estate will be further evaluated in accordance with the Foundation’s Guidelines for the Acceptance of Real Property Gifts
